PCT Kamloops is committed to providing the highest standard of training to students of all levels of learning abilities. Our mission is to be recognized by the community as the Premier Computer & Business Institute in the BC Interior.
PCT Kamloops is a Private Post-Secondary School proudly accredited through the Private Career Training Institutions Agency. Our instructors are qualified professionals who continuously develop, review and update the curriculum to meet with current technology standards as well as meet with PCTIA's guidelines and requirements. Student's progress is measured through exams and projects to confirm that they have acquired all the key skills of their field of study. When students complete their courses, they can prove to employers that they can do what the job requires.
Our school focuses on personalized, one-on-one instruction and small class sizes. This allows the training to be more focused and flexible to suit the needs of students. We also offer flexible hours of training to make it possible for students to balance their education with their other responsibilities in life.
Our goals are to provide a broad range of industry current computer training programs to serve students of all levels of learning abilities. Our students support services provide an environment that facilitates the learning process for all students. We have a variety of specifically designed computer courses for "Special Needs" students in a nurturing and supportive environment. We are also a commercial computer access center offering both Internet access and basic computer courses to the community.
PCT Kamloops's main goal is to provide assistance and support to all students in achieving their learning and employment goals as well as personal goals of enhanced self-esteem and self-confidence.
